ShipLocate is a web-based SaaS platform built for shippers, dispatchers, and freight brokers who need live GPS visibility on every load - including shipments handled by outside carriers - without requiring hardware installations, carrier integrations, or constant check calls to drivers.

## Problem it solves
Shippers who work with outside carriers have no visibility into where their loads are. They call drivers repeatedly, guess ETAs, and pass along inaccurate information to buyers. ShipLocate eliminates this by giving shippers a live map of every active shipment, with location updates every 5-20 minutes.

## How it works
1. Create a load - enter pickup and delivery stops, carrier name, rate (USD or CAD), and shipment description
2. Assign a driver - enter their phone number. They receive an SMS with a link to download the ShipLocate Driver app
3. Driver downloads the app (iOS or Android), verifies their phone number, and accepts the load
4. Live GPS tracking starts automatically the moment the driver accepts
5. Shipper sees the driver's location on a live map with ETA to each stop
6. When all stops are completed, the load is marked Delivered automatically
